My air conditioning isn’t working?

There can be many reasons why an air source heat pump isn’t working. Checking the indoor filters are clean, the controller is in the right mode? (Usually an icicle for cooling or a sun for heating), Check the power switch is ON!

My air conditioning unit has flashing lights?

Flashing lights are a way for the unit to tell the servicing engineer what has caused the system to fail. Take note of the light sequence before you make a call for a repair to save money during the engineers visit.

My air conditioning is leaking water!

As the system cools it removes moisture from the air, this moisture needs somewhere to go before it overflows, blockages or failures can cause a water leak. Although there are various other reasons so put a bucket under the leak turn the system off and call and service engineer.

My air conditioning isn’t cooling?

If the unit is in the correct setting, the lights are on, the fans inside and out are running but there is no cooling then you will need an F-Gas qualified engineer to check the system over as this could possibly mean a refrigerant leak.

We pride ourselves on our ability to get to diagnose and fix any issue with any heat pump.
